What if I place my order on a holiday or weekend?

Orders made during weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please note that processing times may be extended during major holidays, sales events, and special releases.

How long will my order take before delivery?

Please allow between 3-7 business days.

Do you ship Worldwide?

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Europe, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya and Morocco, and we are actively working towards expanding our shipping destinations.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, and on international orders of $100 or more. International orders under $100 ship for a flat $20. Express shipping is available at checkout for an extra fee. International customers pay any duties and import taxes on delivery.

How do I track my order?

We'll be sending you an email confirmation along with tracking information, so please keep an eye on your inbox.

Where do you ship from?

All shipments originate from the United States.

Can I cancel my order?

Regrettably, we cannot accommodate order cancellations once they have been processed
